1.1 This personal data processing policy, in accordance with the requirements of the law On personal data dated 06.13.2019, defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their privacy, which are taken by the organizing committee of the Belarusian Film Critics Award Red Heather (hereinafter - the Operator).
1.2. The Operator aims to mantain the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen when processing their personal data, including the right to privacy, personal and family secret.
1.3. This policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator receives about visitors of the website https://redheatheraward.com/
2. Key Terms used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data is processing of personal data with the help of computer equipment;
2.2. Blocking of personal data is a temporary suspension of processing of personal data (except when processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

The Operator is a legal entity or a person that independently or jointly with other persons organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;

2.10. Sharing personal data is any action aimed at disclosing personal data to a particular person or group of persons;
2.11. 3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

3.2. Phone number;
3.3. Email address;
3.4. The website also collects and processes some data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Google Analytics and others).
3.5. The website is also used to collect information about entries for the award and the votes of members of the award jury.
3.5. The above-mentioned data are hereinafter named Personal data.
4. The goals of personal data processing

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state, to whose territory the transfer of personal data is supposed to be carried out, provides reliable protection of the rights of the subjects of personal data.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if there is a written consent of the subject of personal data for the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the performance of a contract to which the subject of personal data is a party.
