60 movies created in 2023 and 2024 have competed for the award, out of a total number of 74 submissions. The short list was selected by the jury consisting of 20 film critics, journalists and researchers.
The jury, including 20 film critics, journalists, and researchers, has evaluated the films, created in 2023 and 2024. A total of 60 films have been competing for the awards – these are feature and short fiction films and documentaries, as well as animated films created by Belarusians. This time Documentary Reports have been cnosidered separately. Two of the nominations – Best Documentary Report and Best Editing have appeared this season for the first time. Some films participate anonymously.
